There are 3 ways to get tickets for a New City Stage Company production.

1 - On Line Box Office

Ordering tickets on line is easy and can be done up to 2 hours before show time. No need to wait for tickets to be mailed to you! A link to your tickets and your ticket code are emailed to you immediately after ordering. If you don’t have access to a printer, just write down your ticket code and bring it to the theatre. Exchanges are easy and can be done by you, up to 2 hours before the show. Subscriptions and FlexPasses can only be purchased on line, and give you priority for choosing performances.

There are no service fees for tickets purchased online!

2 - By Phone

If you are having trouble or questions about using our on line box office, you may call our box office during normal office hours. You should also call to inquire about group or school sales. Because we do not always have a receptionist available, please leave a message and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that service fees still do apply to phone orders (excluding group ticket sale packages that are not available on line).

- Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday: 12 to 4 PM

3 - In Person

Tickets can always be purchased at the venue 1 hour before show time. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available, so we always recommend that you visit our on line box office if you would really like to attend a specific performance. Cash is always accepted at the box office and credit card sales are accepted at most locations (but not guaranteed, so please bring cash as a back-up). Any discount offer that says that it is for the box office MUST be physically provided upon approaching the box office (mentioning the offer by name is not sufficient).

Please note that we no longer accept phone and email requests for reservations. The only way seats can be guaranteed are for a performance are if tickets are purchased in advance.
