PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE
The best way to purchase tickets is to use our On Line Box Office, which is open 24 hours a day! Please click this link to buy your tickets now.
Tickets can be purchased on line up to 1 hour before a performance and can be printed on your own computer. You will be emailed a confirmation immediately and instead of printing your tickets you can show that same email on your mobile device when you come to the theatre. If you don't have access to a printer or access to a mobile device, no worries – we'll have you on our door list. If you would like us to print your on line tickets for you so you can have them for your records, please send an email to tickets@newcitystage.org at least 24 hours before the performance.
Exchanges can be done on line by you, without having to call the box office. Just make sure to save the email you get from us, or email tickets@newcitystage.org to have us do the exchange for you.

PURCHASING TICKETS BY PHONE
If you prefer to purchase tickets by phone, you can reach our office at 215-563-7500. Box office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. Messages can be left at any time and are usually returned the next business day.
Group orders should be made at least 24 hours in advance and it's best to call our Group Order Specialist Ginger Dayle at 215-563-7500 or email her at Ginger.Dayle@NewCityStage.org for details. We offer deals and discounts for many groups and schools, including complimentary study guides, talk backs with actors, tours of the theatre, and free or very inexpensive tickets for groups from churches and retirement homes. We'd love to have your group at our next performance!
PURCHASING TICKETS IN PERSON
Ticket can be purchased at the box office of either the Main Stage or Second Stage one hour before or during any performance. Please make sure you are the correct venue for our current show. Exchanges can also be done here as well. Please have any discount codes or flyers with you at the time of purchase.

The In-Person Box Office is open one hour prior to every performance and located directly in front of the theatre in which we are performing in.
The Box Office telephone is 215-563-7500 and is open all year round. Office hours are Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. Messages can be left 24 hours a day.
The On Line Box Office is open 24 hours per day. Ticket purchases and exchanges can be done at any time.
